Charlie Sheen appears to have gone off the deep end - drugs, porn stars, custody disputes and insulting his bosses who pay him millions for each series episode. Yet the guy pulls in 1.5 million Twitter followers over a day and half and cheerfully admits that he's not doing it to keep in touch with fans - he's doing it to make money.
At least Sheen is consistent. In a tv interview, he told viewers, "I’m tired of pretending I’m not special, I’m tired of pretending I’m not a total bitchin’ rock star from Mars."
Charlie Sheen has entered rehab. Finally. A rep for the star said, "Charlie Sheen has voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center today. He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern. Mr. Sheen asks that his privacy be respected at this time and that no additional information will be provided.”
Charlie Sheen will be facing a barrage of questions next time he ventures out after media reports on gossip websites that he trashed a room in the Plaza Hotel in New York. The alleged rearrangement of the room comes after reports of a bizarre evening involving his ex-wife, Denise Richards, hookers and a stolen wallet.
Charlie Sheen has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor third-degree assault on his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen, but avoided potential jail time by doing so. Sheen was in court over charges stemming from a Christmas day bust-up with his wife, which ended with a 911 call to police.
Charlie Sheen has agreed to another two seasons of hit U.S. sitcom Two and a Half Men. Sheen is reported to have threatened to leave the show amid demands for a salary increase to $1m per episode. Officially, Sheen had been 'considering' doing more films while behind the scenes negotiations on his salary took place.
