Mariah Carey has confirmed she is finally knocked up. After months of speculation, including being spotted at a fertility clinic and lately, purchasing some maternity clothing, Carey told the 'Today' show "It's been a long journey. It's been tough because I've been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy."
