The ever so smart folks over at Lynx (AXE in the U.S.) have released a new deodorant called Twist. Not just any old fragrance either. Twist magically incorporates two fragrances. By sprinkling fairy dust on their creation during manufacturing, the fragrance changes as time goes on. What starts off as a crisp citrusy fragrance (letting girls know you're fresh - and clean) changes into a more secure, mellow and woody fragrance. Thus enticing her to make sweet, sweet, love to you all night long. Or not.
Up until now only high end products incorporated the Twist - the changing from one fragrance to another. Lynx has managed to integrate the 'twist' into it's deodorants and in all likihood a spate of competitors will now begin to do the same. Could the two-fragrance deodorant become something new for 2010? Will we need to struggle with wondering what we should smell like at the end of the night as well as the start?
Ann Gottleib, renowned 'nose' (or just plain good at smelling stuff) explains about Twist. "We were able to create a fragrance that is sparkling with the top note of kaffir lime making you almost taste the fragrance, and as you wear it, it evolves into something that is sexier and warmer." But we still smell clean, right?
Available right across the Lynx range including shower gels, Lynx bullet, Anti-perspirant and body spray.
