Mel Gibson's all out war with former partner Oksana Grigorieva continues at full pace with new claims and counter claims now a regular occurrence. Most explosive of all is Oksana's claim to have witnesses to Gibson assaulting her - something that could land the Braveheart star alongside Lindsay Lohan and her stint in jail.

Another filthy scandal involving Lohan, the police and naked pictures. But this time at least Lindsay is not involved. While she serves out her stint in jail, her estranged father Michael Lohan has been busy keeping the family name top of the press. Kathryn Major, Micheal's ex-fiance, has said he kicked and threatened to kill her at their home at Water Mill on Long Island.

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit against the hotels where a peephole stalker secretly filmed her getting changed, alleging the hotel was negligent in their duty of care. Michael David Barret, who has already pleaded guilty to staking Andrews, is also listed in the case for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The Mel Gibson saga continues its brutal descent into outright warfare with 'sources' for both parties making claims and counter claims. Gibson is flat broke apparently, his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva attempted extortion, Gibson punched her in the face so hard he chipped her teeth... It's all just gone so badly wrong. So wrong in fact that there can only be a handful of celebrity bust ups that come close to matching the hate and bile currently spewing forth.
