Carly Pope burst onto the American scene playing the pivotal character Samantha on NBC’s high-school drama Popular. However she's been around for ages before that and has a long list of appearances and movies under her belt.
Born in Vancouver, Canada on August 28, 1980 she discovered her passion for acting during high school drama's. Before appearing in Pupular, she had roles in Disturbing Behaviour and Nightman. Since her role in Popular came to an end, she's been seen in Purple Haze, The Class House, Finder's Fee and Orange County.  With such a hectic schedule she still manages to find time to attend college. She speaks Italian, Spanish and French fluently. Definitely not one to lie still, she splits her time between Los Angeles for filming and Canada for studying. As far as we know she has a second home in Los Angeles.
She enjoys long walks, writes poetry, and reads constantly. She plans to learn how to play the guitar. RELATED: View Carly Pope pictures here! She had on a tube top under a blazer, and as she was walking across the stage the tube slid down to her waist. She covered herself up,so nobody actually saw it fall,but when she got back to her seat,she had to maneuver the tube back up again,and her friends were all laughing at her.
Definitely one we want to see more of.
