Megan Fox - Superbowl thumb-double horror!

Megan Fox has become embroiled in a nasty bitter dispute over her thumb. Yes, her thumb. Megan suffers from brachydactyly - AKA Clubbed Thumb. The condition is rare but in her superbowl advert for Motorola her thumb appeared perfect. A stunt-thumb double had been employed.
We're not sure who ordered the use of a thumb double, whether it was her or Motorala, but when we do find out - and we will - we'll be sure to drop an outraged letter demanding vengence on those responsible.

With nothing else to whingeeee about, folks have been outraged that fake thumbs appeared in the advert. Not only that, but Megan Fox's tattoo of Marlyn Moroe was also airbrushed out of existence. Should we care? We're finding it hard to muster any scintalla of concern.
